I am a Registered Psychologist with over 14 years of experience working with adolescents, adults, couples, and families.
I employ the use of cognitive behavioural and family systems therapy modalities. I enjoy supporting clients of any age to build their resiliency and navigate their personal journey. I am an active therapist employing the use of homework and visual aids in session to support generalization of knowledge and insight into everyday life. I have a full time practise and am therefore able to offer new clients a response time to their inquiry for service within 24 hours, as well as a scheduled appointment within the same week of inquiry.
