Description

Ray has always had a passion for buildings, engineering and design. Sparked by working summers with his father in the heating and air-conditioning business, Ray enrolled and graduated from the Mohawk College (Hamilton, Ontario) Architectural Technology program. Since 1989 Ray has been working with the world’s largest engineering company (AECOM) on a wide variety of multi-discipline projects throughout Ontario.
Having owned 4 homes and renovating various parts of each, Ray has dealt with many home components and knows the stress of purchasing the right one. In conjunction with his previous experiences, Ray recognized the potential to begin a new career that would allow him to bring these experiences and his desire to help people choose the right home together. Ray enrolled and completed an extensive home inspection course through Carson Dunlop Inc. in 2012. Currently, Ray is looking forward to helping northerners choose a home that is right for them.
