Clean Under Pressure is a family owned & operated business servicing all of Southwest Manitoba & Southeast Saskatchewan. Owners David & Lesley Creighton recently moved from Calgary to the Brandon area, and are excited to bring this service to the community. We have a strong focus on safety & customer satisfaction, and will always ensure that the customer is completely satisfied with each & every project! Experience: We started a pressure washing and exterior window cleaning business in Calgary called Oasis PowerWash Inc., which we operated for over 10 years. When we decided to make the move here, we sold that business & looked at starting a similar one in the Westman area. We completed an extensive market study & found that there is a demand for high quality, affordable residential & commercial pressure washing & exterior window cleaning, which solidified our decision to start Clean Under Pressure. Safety: Every project begins with a site evaluation that our staff must complete. This involves a walk-around of the entire site (with the customer when possible) identifying any possible hazards & a review of the property being cleaned noting any existing damage or concerns. After the work is completed, another site walk around is completed to ensure that the customer is completely satisfied with the project, & to review any possible property maintenance concerns for the owner to look after in the future. Services we offer: Exterior window cleaning – this is something that we are really excited about! The days of using a ladder & a squeegee are over! Our environmentally friendly purified water & water fed pole system uses no detergents or chemicals, and can reach up to 5 stories high! It cleans the windows, frames, and sills all at the same time without any residue. A spot & streak free finish every time! This service is available for both residential & commercial customers, starts @ just $129.00 + tax! Residential pressure washing (siding, eaves, decks, garage floors, etc.) The majority of homeowners will typically take a garden hose or their own pressure washer to their home or driveway every spring to get rid of the cobwebs, etc. but that doesn’t really get it clean, it typically just moves the dirt around. Also, without the proper tools, environmentally friendly detergents, and experience, you can actually end up with the home looking worse than before. With a professional pressure washing, it not only leaves your home looking like new, but it actually increases the life of your siding, deck etc. and it increases the resale value if you are putting it on the market. Commercial pressure washing - Our mobile hot water unit is available 24 / 7 to look after any hot water pressure washing requirements from regular property maintenance (exterior walls & signage, gum removal, sidewalk & garbage enclosure cleaning, etc.) to emergency service (spills & stains/graffiti removal, oil & grease removal, etc.) We also offer on-site industrial & farm equipment hot water pressure washing. Industrial includes anything from gas pumps, tankers, construction equipment, etc. Basically anything that represents your company to the customer should be clean to represent your company in the best possible manner. For the farm equipment cleaning, aside from keeping it looking good, farm equipment should be pressure washed regularly to ensure mud, silt, grease/oil, and other substances do not harden & start to corrode the equipment. Also, before and/or during harvest season, it is recommended to have farm equipment professionally pressure washed to clean dust and fodder that gets trapped in tight areas and radiators. This becomes a potential fire hazard when bearings and other moving parts get hot.
