Arts Education Programs
Verve runs Arts Education programs, specializing in theatre and film studies for ages kids, teens, and adults. This includes after-school programs, summer camps, march break camp, christmas break camp, specialty programming for teens, and adult acting workshops with local and out-of-town professionals.
Events
Verve's creative blackbox space is home to events all throughout the year including monthly Club Aura teen events, the annual Panic Portal haunted house, as well as various concerts, dances, cabarets, comedy shows, and film screenings.
School Outreach
We bring our love of theatre and film directly into schools through our School Outreach program. Using theatre, film, and puppetry, we teach kids and teens about important values and life lessons through engaging shows and powerful workshops.

Certifications and associations
Matkai Burmaster-Hansen (the owner) studied Acting for Film, Television, and Voice Over at Seneca in Toronto and is a professional actor with ACTRA. Other instructors and staff are post-secondary theatre, film, and music students with years of experience
