Hi there! I am a certified yoga instructor who has been practicing for several years now. I have been trained with a focus on proper alignment and hands on adjustments in order to promote safety and avoid injury.
I am offering private instruction in your home for yourself and whomever else you'd like to join in. I can cater the class series to your desired outcome and/or any injuries you may be dealing with. I am trained in offering variations for poses to allow anyone to be able to participate. I can also assist an expert yogi in taking their practice to the next level....it is amazing the progress you can see with one on one instruction.
