Pre-Purchase Inspection
A Pre-Purchase inspection will give you valuable insight into the condition of all the systems in the home. From the roof to the foundation and everything in between. Even the most perfect looking house can have issues. In fact I have yet to see a home that had zero problems. We provide you with a detailed digital report including photos on all the systems. Following my inspection I will do a walk through with you to explain everything I have discovered or uncovered as well provide maintenance tips and answer any questions you may have.
