Brian’s experience in residential real estate comes from 14 years working as a real estate appraiser followed by 16 years in real estate sales, with 4 years of commercial sales and leasing with a well-regarded national commercial brokerage. Brian’s real estate experience over these years has included the valuation and sale of larger commercial properties, multi-unit income properties, office and industrial leasing and many residential transactions. Brian has a diploma in Building and Architectural Technology.
A lifelong resident of Dartmouth, Brian is well known for his community involvement and his participation in sports such as hockey, running and paddling.
