The sole purpose of Superior Athletes is to identify and pursue athletic, health and fitness-related goals. Do you want to be faster? Stronger? Do you want to go further, go longer or reach higher? We can help! Based in Thunder Bay, Ontario, Josh Gillingham founded Superior Athletes to address a need he identified during his time as a competitive cyclist. He realized that the same psychological and logistical training tools that served him would be applicable to athletes in many other disciplines, where determination alone is not enough to break through the seemingly impossible barriers. Having trained hundreds of people during his six years as a personal trainer, Josh took the next step in combining his training skills with a suite of services to take athletes out of a traditional “PT” environment on a quest to realize their maximum potential.
