Deep within each of us is a pure form of light energy that understands our individual and unique personal truth and purpose. We are in the business of raising ones light and bringing awareness to each individual’s consciousness, by being mindful that body pain is connected to the heart and soul of matter and may be caused by a number of elements outside of the muscle itself. By acknowledging and honoring one’s own feelings and emotions, without judgment, we are better able to release stresses and ignite our personal growth. All of our authentically designed body treatments include a mindful element to increase relaxation, create a deeper sense of knowing and a stronger release, physically, mentally, emotionally and energetically.
