Description
Dora Ho is the proprietor of tamarind tree catering, a unique company that specializes in food from a variety of Asian cultures. Food and cooking have been a lifelong passion and Dora loves bringing people together to celebrate good food and vibrant company.

- awarded a scholarship in 2000 from the culinary association, Les Dames d’Escoffier International
- received training at The Institute of Culinary Education in New York, as well as during her travels to Singapore and Malaysia
