We are an established Process Serving company and have assisted law firms, financial institutions and private individuals with their Process Serving requirements for the past 10 years. Your document serving needs will be completed by a member of a team comprised of former police officers, peace officers and health care professionals with years of experience dealing with the public. We will go the extra mile to make sure that your documents for your court case are served in a timely and efficient manner. We provide service of all legal documents and are available to attend court for filing or issuing needs. We provide professional affidavits of service or affidavits of attempted service for court requirements for your court case. We offer the following services: - Court filing, issuing and searches - Court file retrieval - Locates (separate cost flat fee) - Serve legal documents including Supreme Court, Family Court and Small Claims Actions, Summons and Subpoena's We are pleased to provide service at a FLAT RATE fee (paid in advance) as follows: NEW 2015 FLAT RATE fee as follows: Our flat rate fee includes: Service complete with a 15 minute wait time, 3 attempts, Affidavit or Attempted Affidavit of Service (Commissioned), and Kilometres. Locations: Close to the office specials: Maple Ridge, Pitt Meadows, Port Coquitlam, Port Moody & Coquitlam: $65.00 Langley, & Surrey: $70.00 Vancouver, Burnaby, New Westminster: $75.00 North & West Vancouver: $85.00 Fraser Valley/Abbotsford/Mission: $95.00 Chilliwack: $125.00 Additional Services: Additional party served at same residence at the same time - $25.00 Extra documents served to the same person at the same time $10.00 each (5 maximum charge) Additional investigation time to locate alternative address (if required) 15 minutes included free! Affidavits for documents from jurisdictions outside of British Columbia that require a notary seal: $45.00 RUSH services which require 3 attempts within 7 days: $30.00 Please note: all rates are subject to applicable taxes.
