With the plethora of research I did on proper dieting I am confident I can help anyone lose the weight with my plan. I will offer you a workout routine (optional) that I personally used to shred the weight, and help you prep cook your meals!
You have to pay for the food supplies to prep. I will give you a plethora of knowledge on how to diet to help you reach your goals but also a workout routine. One of the hardest things for me was realizing just going to the gym was not doing anything for me, but for me, I also couldn't lose the weight just dieting.. I needed a healthy mix of both.
What I offer? I charge 40$ for the first session of talking about what your goals are, realistic time frames and to discuss how you got to where you are and why you want to change. (Introduction). It is 30$ for the meal plan and 10$ for the workout routine. If you choose to have me help you with the meal prep, as I personally know it's a lot easier to say you'll do it then actually getting it done I then ask for just 60$ a meal prep session (usually about 3 hours give or take) we can do however many days you want, I usually do mine in batches of 24. So for a 24 days of pre made lunches and breakfasts that'd be 120$ (60 a meal) . And then of course the meal plan I already provide you with that has other eating options throughout the day, etc.

I have currently helped two other close friends lose 10 and 12 lbs within a couple of months time and they couldn't be happier!
Also this really is my dream to help other people achieve their goals.. I hate how much you can get ripped off at the big stores so I feel I priced myself very low in comparison, if you feel like you cannot afford this much, offer me what you can and I will see what we can work out.
