Smith Paralegal Service is a paralegal firm located in the City of Barrie. We represent in Muskoka, Simcoe County and surrounding area. Our team of paralegal's are all licence by the Law Society of Upper Canada. Our paralegal's are also Commissioner's of Oaths. Small Claims Court: Two years ago the Canadian Government increased the monetary judgment from $10,000.00 to $25,000.00.
