PERSONAL TRAINING
I began my career as a trainer in 2006 at a fitness facility in Kitchener, where the membership was dominated by competitive Bodybuilders and Power lifters. Working with these dedicated athletes very quickly taught me the absolute necessity of generating rapid achievable results for my clients
Over the years I have branched out to work in many different types of facilities, with people covering the full spectrum of fitness and athletic ambitions and abilities. Everywhere I have gone I have worked hard to increase and expand my knowledge and expertise; constantly striving to explore and understand training techniques and technologies both new and old, and how to apply them to help the broadest possible range of people to achieve their objectives.
Now I offer that expertise to you. Wherever you want to go with your body I have the knowledge and experience, along with the practical know-how, necessary to guide you across the finish line. Don’t waste another day of your life wishing for the body that will give you the choices and options in life that you desire. We can work together to put my knowledge and experience to work to help you reach your goals; so you can finally own a body that will enhance your enjoyment of life rather than limit it.
