Go Lawn and Snow

I had a terrible experience with this business. The owner makes a sales pitch promising you excellent service and time logs for all their crews. Unfortunately, that's where it ends. Right from sign up, these people were a pain to deal with. After getting verbal assurance from the owner on what they will provide, I was faced with substandard levels of service throughout my contract. After getting fed up and contacting the owner asking him politely to address the situation, he replied with a rude, belittling email blaming me for 'doubting' his services. He then bought up mystery parts of the 'company policies' (that were never disclosed before), to try and back up their abysmal track record. I regret giving this business a chance, and don't recommend them to anyone. I would ask any future clients to please do your due diligence and read up reviews on other websites too (homestars, for example).
