Retained services on 28/08/2012 on Cedar Street in Belleville Ontario on 3000sqft Gross Area 2 storey home, approximately 70y/o, wood/stone structure house. Inspection time +-1.5hrs Knowledge and thoroughness of integral parts of house construction displays past experience in "hands-on" construction. Performed a walk-through of the house with me after the inspection making sure I understood the items which would be written in the report as well as potential cause/effect of the items listed. Received 1" binder of the report very well organized into sections of the home complete with pictorial examples of how things "should" be. Also within are helpful data sheets on various house hold items (ie. saving energy and fire safety). And a 4Gb data stick with High quality pictures labeled as per the items in the report. Highly recommend acquiring services!
