I offer complete construction drawings suitable for building permit applications (please note, electrical and plumbing components will be conceptual only).
About me; I am an architectural technologist and professional engineer with 17 years of experience in the consulting industry. I'm getting into this area to further my knowledge and experience base and to provide a more rewarding personal experience. As a professional engineer (structural) I can offer a degree of expertise that can allow for more flexible home design.
