I will do a walk through of your home, taking notes of all the areas and details that I feel would need to be addressed to improve the look of your home. Improving these areas will give potential buyers less ammunition for lowering the asking price. At the end of my inspection, I will give you a detailed report of all my recommendations. You now have the option of carrying out these recommendations yourself, or I can offer you suggestions for local contractors that could help you. RESALE REDESIGN This part of the process is all about the showcasing! After all the preparation work has been completed from my list of recommendations, I will come in and do another inspection. This is where I see what is needed to highlight your homes best features. I want to create a neutral, spacious atmosphere that will appeal to the majority of buyers.
