At A-1 we have a 15,000 square foot shop located in Calgary. This is where our offices, showroom and manufacturing facility are housed.[br/][br/]
All of our granite and quartz is produced using state of the art CNC manufacturing equipment. This includes both a water jet and a CNC for perfect edge profiles.[br/][br/] The advantage of this machine is maintaining consistency of all angles and corners. From there the granite is then transferred to the CNC beveling machine where the edging and polishing are completed. Again total consistency on all sides is the benefit of using a CNC machine for this process. As a final quality control check all pieces are then inspected and a final polish by hand is done.[br/][br/] The product will be free from any defects and the quality of the total install will meet even the most stringent specifications.[br/][br/]
