Powell Associates Ltd. (“PAL”) was founded in December 2010 by Robert Powell. Prior to December 2010, Robert delivered insolvency services through another firm and has actively provided consumer and corporate insolvency services in the Maritimes since 2003.
PAL is focused on helping individuals and businesses who are carrying too much debt. After analyzing your individual and/or business circumstances, we will give you practical advice and present realistic options for dealing with your situation. PAL is a Trustee in Bankruptcy, licensed by the Federal Government’s Office of the Superintendent of Bankruptcy. As a Trustee, we are highly regulated and professional. We are well experienced in dealing with insolvency and can help you select a path that will best meet your needs. PAL is solely focused upon providing insolvency services to Maritime consumer debtors, corporate debtors and creditors.
