Worst ever customer service that i have experienced in Canada. they should be allowed to talk or text. Cant believe such cheaters exists in the market. They claim that wont charge you till it is fixed. Then they do incomplete job and without waiting for test out the appliance , demand their payment in most nasty way. in case you don't pay them for the incomplete job, they will slow it done and say "if you are in a hurry to get your washing machine fixed, please pay $100 today " They vanished in the middle of the job and left it all opened
