We take pride in the quality and health of all our livestock. From the time we purchase them from our select and reputable sources untill the time they leave our doors we constantly check and monitor all our livestock to ensure optimum quality and health.
We also believe in having a great relationship with our customers built on trust and faith. We want to work with you to solve whatever problems you may have in a professional and timely manner.
The Box of Water guarantees that your livestock order will arrive alive. All livestock purchased from us and acclimated according to our guide into a tank with proper water parameters is guaranteed.
If in the unfortunate event that your specimen is DOA, we will replace or give you an in house store credit for the price of the animal. Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order to discuss any problems. We may ask for a water sample from your aquarium for our in house check and a picture of the dead specimen.
