IML is a company founded by James Mah who has committed fraud. Asked for a $645 deposit on a move the sub contracted the move without notifying me and only forwarded $245 to the subcontractors,stating the remaining $400 was his profit to cover advertising, rent etc and that everyone involved had been rude so he was entitled to a deposit tha the stated in an email was for the move not his advertising etc. He is not international he is a one man operation who cons and steals from people he has no morals and ethics. And prides himself on that basis, and thus ensure lack of integrity, or respect for time, fair and competitive rates for himself a $400 profit on a move he did not do nor notify me that he had subcontracted and then kept my deposit for the move
We commit ourselves to making sure the customer is completely satisfied. I have no employees that are experienced and carry the necessary skills, tools and understanding to meet and exceed your expectations. We take on board that moving can be very stressful, and thus have NO expertly trained consultants to work with you through every process, and aim for your referral - Would not refer this man has set up a website that is a scam, he justifies his theft by stating he has to pay his bills while telling you that he needs a 50% deposit in order to book your moving date. Whether we are moving just a few pieces of furniture to an apartment or a house-full of furniture, we are waiting to serve you in the most professional way that makes us so proud of what we do. He is very rude and proud of that and thinks he is justified in stealing and false advertising and misleading the consumer.
