Apex Wireless Inc. was founded in 1989 by Andrew Westlund, who saw a tremendous potential in cellular phones as a TELUS dealer. Today, APEX operates their National Headquarters out of their Surrey, BC location and run 10 Lower Mainland offices from North Vancouver to Chilliwack. APEX provides products and services to thousands of business accounts right across the country.

3 yrs. been customer, until my iPhone, not returned its been 22 mths, at month 6 I lost patience spoke to manager Massimo tells me the guy I worked with was “tenant” or “outsourced”; then he asked if I had seen pay stub or T4; he stated without that there was nothing they would do. I have written 50 emails, his last reply was; On Sep 2, 2015,: We don't have your phone- I said this from the very beginning. This is the last response that you'll be getting from me. Massimo  Here is a 10 examples of messages I have gotten from them. 1. "Yes the phone was taken or repair one of my workers took it by mistake. " 2. "It will be ready next time you are in city” 3. “You will get the phone by this Tuesday 100%” 4. "Sorry I reached the guy who picked up the phone and he is out f the city and it is at his place" 5. "Okay I'm not here I argue and you can say what you want but it was there.” 6. "I haven't been able to give them the devices so that's why you have to wait ‪till Friday‬" (Max)
