My name is Katherine Sweet and I am a certified* postpartum doula serving Waterloo Region. As a postpartum doula I am trained to support mothers, babies, and their families. Some of the work I do includes: breastfeeding support, newborn care, maternal care, light household organization, sibling care, and the list goes on. I am flexible, reliable, and can offer many references. I have extensive experience with newborn twins. I am an active member of our doula community, including DONA, CAPPA, DoulaCARE, and the KW Doula Collective. I am also certified in First Aid and infant CPR. My passion is helping families in the first few months following the birth of their precious babies, and so I do not work as a birth doula.
