Makeup by Caroline started as a way for me to show my creativity and to provide my services to those who needed a professional touch for their special occasion or photo shoot. I have worked with many photographers in and around Ottawa Ontario and can provide on location makeup application for whatever your needs.?
I have been a licensed make-up artist for some time and have been in the beauty industry for more than half my life. I have worked with many products and am sensitive to your issues pertaining to skin sensitivity and allergies. I will work with you to make your look the one that you desire. We offer makeup and hair services for all occasions.
