Helping Hands Nannies strives to ensure your experience hiring a caregiver is easy, hassle free and follows the laws of the Canadian Government. Helping Hands Nannies has an unconditional guarantee. If the employment relationship doesn't work out, we will replace your caregiver/nanny at no charge, as long as you remain with our agency. We are available 7 days a week to answer any questions you have. We are here to help the nanny/caregiver integrate into your family and to help you adjust to having a new person in your home. We will follow up within two weeks of placing the nanny to see how things are going.
