Originally from Vancouver and then after spending time in the beautiful Kootenays, Alara moved to Vernon in 2007 and loves living in the Okanagan Valley. Alara's birthchart reveals a soul who has many interests. As a result of her continued education in a variety of modalities, she is a Certified Bars Facilitator, a Reconnection ® Practitioner, Reiki Master and Theta healing Practitioner. She is also an accomplished psychic consultant, who loves helping her clients receive and understand spiritual messages from their guides or higher selves.
Alara’s schooling also includes nutrition and fitness, metaphysics, psychic phenomenon, astrology, and various healing modalities, including aromatherapy, coloured light and it's corresponding frequencies. After studying with the originators of Second Chance Facelift, Alara started her own journey of combining facelift with energy medicine principles, and expanded upon her knowledge and techniques when she travelled to meet Dr.Darryn Starwyn, to study Micro-current and coloured light acupuncture/ Energy Light Rejuvenation with him. Today she combines her abilities as a healer and this wonderful non-invasive technology to offer her clients the "Uplifted" protocol using these and other vibrational techniques. Alara is a talented musician and songstress and mother to a son who is also very musically inclined. She also enjoys writing, facilitating workshops, and event coordination. She loves to gather people together in the spirit of fun and personal transformation.
