BODY BLITZ
High Intensity Training
A high-intensity interval training workout that will improve cardiovascular fitness, increase muscle tone and maximize calorie burn. This workout combines body weight exercises with functional training equipment, providing an intensity that will challenge and change your body very quickly. Expect high energy and inspirational coaches who will be down on the floor with you, encouraging you to push past your limits.
GENESIS
Foundation Training
A high-energy class with exercises designed for total beginners or those that need a refresher. We combine athletic movements like lunging, jumping and bounding, with strength exercises like squats, deadlifts and push-ups while maintaining a strong focus on learning/perfecting technique. You’ll build stamina, improve your coordination agility, turning your body into a fat burning machine. Our coaches can also provide you low-impact options to tailor each workout to your individual fitness level/condition.
LIFT²
Weight Training
Classes are designed to help build the muscles throughout your entire body while developing your overall strength and power along the way. Research has proven that building lean muscle tissue plays a significant role in revving up your metabolism, enabling your body to burn more calories even while at rest. Expect to learn and perfect traditional and non-traditional weight training methods. Classes range from beginner to intermediate to all are welcome to participate!
COR3
Core Conditioning
A non-stop, overall core conditioning class. We target the abdominal wall, glutes, hips, and all the muscles responsible for holding the body up. You will not only strengthen your core but will also gain overall postural alignment and prevent lower back pain and other injuries. You will tuck, twist and tighten the center core to attain the best midsection and glute development you’ll ever have.

With the abundant information available on the internet, it’s easy to get flustered and stray down the wrong path. Our elite personal trainers will take you step-by-step through proper fitness practices; providing valuable education while developing your utmost confidence in program execution and delivering massive results.

**********NUTRITION SERVICES**********
6 WEEK PACKAGE
- Includes 1 meal plan for phase 1 but food options to start which will change depending on comfort level of food in the plan and progression of client. you will receive a new plan with new calorie / macro-nutrient numbers depending on progression every 3 weeks. you will get about 3 phases in this package.
- All meal plan consists of concise sum and summary of food to be eaten, macro nutrient amounts and caloric intake for the day
- Meal plans can change 2-3 weeks depending on progression
- Includes guidance throughout the whole 6 week term. Client is able to email or text regarding questions about meal plans or questions about nutrition
- This package also includes 3 consultations. The initial consultation to go over your plan, 3 weeks in to re-check measurements and body fat, and the 6th week for re-measure and feedback session.
12 WEEK PACKAGE
-Includes 1 meal plan for phase 1 but food options to start which will change depending on comfort level of food in the plan and progression of client. you will receive a new plan with new calorie / macro-nutrient numbers depending on progression every 3 weeks. in this week there should be about 4-5 phases
-All meal plan consists of concise sum and summary of food to be eaten, macronutrient amounts and caloric intake for the day
-Meal plans can change 2-3 weeks depending on progression
-Includes guidance throughout the whole 12 week term. Client is able to email or text regarding questions about meal plans or questions about nutrition
-This package also includes 6 consultations every 3 weeks from the start. The initial consultation to go over your plan, every 3 weeks in to re-check measurements and body fat, and the 12th week for re-measure and feedback session.
MONTHLY PACKAGE (min 6 month commitment)
-Same as above but nutrition and term is on a monthly basis.
-In order to receive this rate client must agree to a term longer than 6 months.
