A one man job: doesn't do after clean up, doesn't ask to move, use, touch things, tardy, and gets everything filthy dirty. Reuses the same plastic cover used to cover your furniture by dragging it around and doesn't use shoe covers to trot around the place. Making follow up appointments were extremely difficult as he isn't available that same week if you wanted it all done quickly. It also doesn't help that he works on a per appointment basis.
