P.H. Ross & Associates was incorporated in 2003 specifically to act as a Management Consultant. Since 2003, we have grown to include property management services which are tailored to the needs and requirements of small to mid-sized investors. Some clientele will not require a full service package, which sets us apart from the larger property management firms. Our clients are able to select the services they require and continue to retain the remaining for themselves. We offer management, accounting, leasing and administrative services. Due to our size, we are able to work directly with the owner - he/she does not get lost in the crowd. Patricia Ross, Principal, is an Accredited Commercial Manager with 20 years experience in the management field.
