Additional Services Want your company logo or name appear on our uniforms? We provide Embroidery service with different lettering style, different colors and logo styles. Note * Embroidery service is available only for group order. ** Embroidered items are not returnable. Please, see our return policy. Delivery Schedule: Most orders ship within 1 to 2 business days by ground shipping. Upon shipping, you will typically receive your order within 4 - 6 business days in Canada, 10 - 12 business days in United States. Deliveries are subject to availability of merchandise. Air shipments are subject to extra charge. Backorders: In case we do not have a merchandise in stock, you will be notified and receive a credit back. Unfortunately, we do not provide any backorders for now. Universal Workwear Return Policy Universal Workwear will gladly process any return or exchanges within 30 days of your purchase. The garments should be in original condition, meaning no stains, not washed or worn, tags on and in original packaging. The items must also be accompanied by the original sales receipt. Please note, embroidered items are not returnable. Any return or exchange must be pre-authorized by our customer care. Please contact us for details at support@universalworkwear.ca The return location will be provided with an authorization number. Placing an Order and Payment Policies: To place an order, please use our secure online shopping cart and enter your credit card information. We accept Visa and Mastercard through our secure checkout process. We do not accept orders through email or over the phone. Unfortunately, we cannot accept checks or money orders by mail. Refund Policy: Returns can take up to 7 business days to process and we ask you be patient with your authorized return. We will credit you back as soon as we can.
