I have a Masters in Clinical Social Work and have worked in university settings, mental health clinics and in multicultural settings. I have extensive experience working with anxiety, depression, interpersonal stress, trauma and PTSD, marital and other relationship conflicts at home or work, grief counselling, facilitation of parenting skills, caregiving for aging parents and emotional literacy.
