This place is a vegan/vegetarian/Celiac/Gluten-intolerant person's DREAM. I was there on Thursday, Oct. 8/11 and again on the morning of my wedding that Saturday. The food is entirely VEGAN, and the cheese tastes so good. The "caesar" salad is made with nut ingredients and it is so delicious I had to ask again to be sure it was really vegan. The service is a little slow, mainly because they are always busy at lunch times. They are currently delaying their planned opening for dinner to focus on more of their phenomenal vegan baked goods. I had the pumpkin caramel cheesecake twice in 3 days!! Big enough to share with someone else at $12. The food is amazing, right downtown Burlington. Can't say enough good things about this restaurant! Kindfood rocks!
