Ashtanga Yoga is an ancient, holistic exercise based on a set series of postures which align & connect our Body, Mind & Spirit using a deep breathing technique. This allows us to work all of our muscles vigorously while calm & focused, which purifies us & releases tensions.
What will make your yoga experience exceptionally enjoyable is picking the right type of yoga, and just as important is the instructor that you choose. Brahn has been teaching yoga at Tansley Woods since 2001, and 90% of his students will continue with his classes next session.
