Although the situation was not good, I had a good experience with them. When my cat was dying, they rushed him into the emergency and they really tried their best with him. They were very nice to me. In my experience, the money was not an issue for them. They waited several months after he passed before they sent me a bill. I really appreciated that they did that to give me my time to mourn without pressuring me to pay them. They allowed me to make monthly payments instead of wanting it all at once.
