Welcome to Leela, space for yoga, massage and more! We are a small yoga studio and massage therapy clinic located in the heart of the Niagara Falls, Ontario commercial district. We are close to restaurants, hotels, and many local businesses. From experienced Registered Massage Therapists who offer relief from the stresses of everyday life, to yoga classes for everyone, to esthetics services, there is something for everybody at Leela. We offer many treatments including pre and post natal massage, deep tissue and relaxation massage, hot stone massage, lymphatic drainage and thai massage. We also offer reiki, therapeutic touch and homeopathy. Our yoga studio is small and inviting. Keeping our classes small creates an intimate atmosphere where every student receives attention. At present we offer a number of drop in and preregistered classes such as Yoga for Beginners, Prenatal Yoga, All Levels Yoga, Mom and Baby Yoga, Little Yogis, and Hatha classes. Leela is also the home of Serene Body and Soul Esthetics with Sherry MacKinnon. Sherry offers body sugaring, facials, manicures and pedicures. Leela offers select classes and workshops on an ongoing basis throughout the year.
