Located in the Town of Baysville in the Lake of Bays area in Muskoka.
Beneath The Sun has a small dedicated crew , for over 15 years, all with local carpenters who have been raised in the Muskoka area. With this experience also comes suggestions as to what building styles, material will work best in this region, that would suite Muskoka's climate and ground area, like siding, foundations, decks and docks. With this amount of experience we can do exterior, interior, outbuildings , decks, docks, additions, new, reno, demos, rebuild. This includes foundations piers, or just replace a few boards on the deck or dock.. Maybe the ice has shifted the dock, and yes we will assess if the cribs need to be rebuilt, usually it will be the top layers of the crib dock that will need replacing at and above the water line. Might be time to replace the decking on the dock, use cedar, pressure treated, Brazilian hardwood (IPE) or other new forms of materials. We can order the material, or suggest suppliers and order/purchase the material yourself, and we will install/build. Build new, renovations, demolition and rebuild.
