Comfortable both in and out of the corporate environments, I bring a natural dedication to supporting women in exercising their creative power. I believe we are always at choice, and that we author our own stories. My mission therefore, is to help women understand and cultivate a thought system that lends itself to mindful choice and a more honest presence.
When working with groups, I have a knack for establishing a unified approach to learning. My workshops foster an open and transparent environment. Participants gain insight and acquire more self- confidence in meeting personal and professional challenges. As a facilitator, I am committed to helping women discover new possibilities for themselves, and make new connections with others. I possess more than 20 years of experience designing and facilitating learning programs that focus on cultivating self-awareness and leadership capacity. My work and my perspective are informed by 15 years of progressive Human Resources experience working in both the public and private sectors. I bring front-line industry knowledge and experience, and easily relate to the everyday challenges facing my clients. My unique combination of education, business experience and people skills have strengthened my passion for learning and for serving others.
