DEPS (Darren Eisan's Process Services), is a locally owned and operated business with over 25 years of experience serving the professional and private process serving needs on the South Shore of Nova Scotia, our area of focus is Lunenburg and Queens Counties, but we travel all of NS.
"Serving" all of your legal document needs, Supreme Court, Provincial Court, Small Claims, Divorce, Subpoena/Summons. Notices under the Protection of Property Act, Notices under the Residential Tenancies Services (from PPA to Evictions). We are here as an independent contractor to remove "Personal" from your personal trouble. We are licensed, registered and bonded "Provincial Civil Constables". As an impartial third party, we serve the documents, we are provided with respect for all, what can start out as a nasty conflict between former partners in business, former clients or former tenants can usually be ended with one polite telephone call to DEPS.
