WEEKLY LAWN MAINTENANCE Weekly lawn maintenance generally runs between mid May to mid October, weather depending of course. All weekly lawn care programs include: -Professional weekly mowing of all turf areas on property. -Trimming/vertical edging around all trees/obstacles and all borders. -Power Blower clean up of all debris/clippings from sidewalks, driveways, etc. SPRING CLEAN UP Spring clean up generally commences after all snow and ice have melted and the ground begins to thaw. Spring Clean Up packages can be tailored to meet your individual needs but typically include: -Blowing out debris from beds and shrubs. -Clean up leaves and garbage from entire property. -Removal of debris, dead material and leaves. POWER RAKING Power Raking is beneficial on an annual basis as this process removes thatch and dead organic matter which if left unattended will decrease root growth and limit water supply. Our power raking service includes: -Power Rake of all turf areas on property. -Collection and removal of all dead grass. -Hi-vac cut and trim which leaves your lawn fresh, healthy and ready for summer! AERATING Aerating can typically be done every 2 years in the spring for optimum results. This process removes small, finger-like plugs from the turf which promotes a healthy root system, improves drainage and reduces soil compaction. The 'plugs' are beneficial organic matter and left on the turf to act as a natural fertilizer as they disintegrate over the next couple of weeks. FERTILIZING For optimum results, fertilizing should be done as a complete program, meaning 4-5 applications per year as opposed to just one or two. We use a 30-0-3 with 2% iron for our first three applications (spring, early summer and late summer) and a 32-0-10 fall application to keep your grass healthy and fed through the winter. FALL CLEAN UP Fall Clean Ups will begin after the last week of mowing. (Approximately mid October) and will continue as long as weather permits. Fall clean ups include: -Clean up and removal of all downed leaves. -Blow out, clean up and removal of leaves, debris and garbage from beds, hedges, etc. SNOW REMOVAL We offer snow removal and ice management solutions for you or your business. You have the flexibility to choose either a per time or monthly rate and we guarantee to remove the snow within 24 hours after snowfall.
