Dr. Angelina Baydala Psychology

Dr. Baydala is experienced conducting individual and couples psychotherapy using cognitive behavioral and psychodynamic techniques to manage stress, depression, anxiety, adjustment, and relationship issues.
She is a Doctoral Psychologist with full practice license registered in both Alberta and Saskatchewan. Practicing psychotherapy since 1995 and having supervised doctoral-level clinical psychology students for over 12 years, Dr. Baydala has researched and taught university courses in Psychotherapy, Theories of Personality, Psychology of Yoga, and the History of Psychology. Located near the University of Alberta, her practice provides a space for deep listening and insightful understanding of yourself and your relationships.
