I am a professional counselor/therapist with a Master's degree in counselling and more than 10 years of experience working with individuals, couples and families. My goal is to collaborate with you to facilitate positive growth and healing in your life and in your relationships. I see my role as equipping you with the tools you need to deal with issues that are restricting you from enjoying full satisfaction in your journey of life. I draw on a variety of styles and techniques to incorporate what will be most helpful for each client.
I am a trained Grief Recovery Specialist and help people deal with loss of any kind. I specialize in helping people understand their anger and how to deal with it constructively. I enjoy helping couples learn better ways to communicate and work through the issues with which they are struggling.
