Edgar Restaurant is a little family-owned restaurant, located in the Edgar Industrial Park in Red Deer, Alberta. We serve Breakfast, Lunch, and authentic Indian cuisine for Dinner.

He attended and completed a Culinary Diploma program in CIHMC College in India. Rajesh then found employment in Chandigarh at the Taj Groups of hotels & resorts in India before making his move to Canada, where he completed a apprentice course at Red Deer College. After his Canadian education, he worked for Moxie's Classic Grill and Holiday Inn & Suites. In September of 2013, he opened Edgar Restaurant, bringing his dream of operating his very own restaurant to life, where he could offer Western and authentic Indian cuisine to all at a reasonable price.
