Specializing in authentic sushi and Japanese dishes, Hikari also serves hot and cold sake. Over the years, more popular pan Asian dishes have been added to the menu due to special requests from customers. These dishes include: Hot and Cold Soba Noodle, Hot and Spicy Seafood, mouth watering BBQ Short Ribs in Miso paste, and stir fried noodles, just to name a few.
You will find an extensive bar with various wines and liquors that complement your meal. There is also a private banquet room that can accommodate from 12 to 40 people.

I have been to Hikari several times over the past few years and everything is always fantastic. The food is delicious and very fresh, my favourite is the Kamakazi roll (which contains scallops, spicy mayo, tobiko and tempura crumbs). The decor is simple but elegant and it really fits the mood of the restaurant. The prices are very reasonable and the food is very filling. The service is great, the servers always come to check on the table and make sure everyone is happy and comfortable. Whenever anybody asks me where to go for sushi in Windsor I always say Hikari. The only problem I have ever encountered was when my water once tasted fishy, it was very gross but it was an isolated incident.
