Embody Fitness was created to help people.
We are two sisters who have always been passionate about fitness and want to give everybody the chance to reach their goals. For those who are uncomfortable with a gym or just can't stand the hassles of getting there, we will come to you -- in your living room, backyard, or any other space. We'll work one on one with you, or create a fun workout for a small group of friends. Our workouts include cardio, weight training, agility and flexibility and can be done with the newest and most innovative equipment -- or no equipment at all. With Embody Fitness, anything goes. We are flexible, personal trainers and we are here to help you improve your fitness, health and well-being.
