At Nelumbo Yoga Therapy we apply yogic techniques by a certified yoga therapist, to the needs of people with specific or persistent health problems not usually addressed in a group yoga class. Recent research correlates the tremendous health benefits of yogic practice as a system of releasing stress and healing the body. These natural healing abilities always work for the highest good of an individual, but often your body and mind require new movement patterns and new habits to initiate its innate, natural healing ability.
