Know Your Body Best has been providing caring, professional massage therapy to the Danforth/Riverdale/East York communities for more than 20 years. We offer safe and effective treatments for a variety of issues, including sports and repetitive strain injuries, headache, fibromyalgia, stress and insomnia.
We are fully licensed and registered by the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario under the Registered Health Professions Act. We offer Swedish, Deep Tissue, Pregnancy, Relaxation and Sports Massage, as well as Hot Stone, Thermal Palms and Thai Yoga massage. Our therapists are trained in Myofascial release, Lymphatic Drainage, Trigger Point Therapy, Craniosacral Therapy, TMJ massage and Hydrotherapy. NEW! Breast Clinic Thursdays for help with scar tissue from surgery, breast feeding soreness, congestion. Massage can relieve stress, increase flexibility, promote proper posture, increase joint mobility and alleviate pain.
