Nancy is a seasoned counselor with 25 years of experience following her training in clinical psychology. She considers it a privilege to work in partnership with clients, empowering them with an authentic approach that is both gentle and challenging. Her clients appreciate her empathic, compassionate, genuine and open nature.
Nancy brings a wide variety of treatment modalities and philosophies to her practice. She is dedicated to providing timely, evidence-based and holistic approaches to the evaluation and treatment planning and delivery for a wide range of individual, mental health, interpersonal, relationship, and family concerns. She has experienced success working with clients dealing with anxiety and depression, sleep disorders, chronic pain, family of origin, domestic violence, loss and grief, life transitions, workplace stress and burnout, parenting, LGBTTQ* and other issues; and has worked with many people in the justice and school systems. Nancy has extensive experience with Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy, including Relapse Prevention and group interventions, and tailors treatment to the needs and goals of her clients. She is committed to supporting her clients in healing, well being, goal attainment, compassionate relationships with themselves and others, and mindful living.
