Whether it be sitting on your butt everyday for school or your day-job, day after day sitting is not healthy. Grabbing a salad at a fast food restaurant or a bagel and coffee from the coffee shop each morning? – I’ve been there too and the pounds can add up quickly without us even notice. I absolutely love learning, helping others and when we connect I will strive to provide the necessary, most up-to-date, best practices in the Beachbody world with you!
